02 Miami Blue Butterfly

We partnered with the Florida Museum of Natural History in the development of an augmented reality campaign in support of conservation efforts for the Miami blue butterfly, once common throughout coastal southern Florida and now among North America’s rarest insects.  For more information about the museum’s Miami blue research program, visit: https://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/science/mia... 01  Libraries of Life

Since 2014 we have been actively involved in various public outreach campaigns in partnership with museums, government, and nonprofit organizations using augmented reality as a means to connect audiences with objects of the cultural and natural worlds. The Libraries of Life app was used at many public outreach events which connected thousands of audiences with natural history specimens while raising awareness of conservation efforts.
